ORIGINAL MISSION STATEMENT
To create a museum for the preservation and display of the history of the Kingman Army Airfield's, Kingman and Mohave Counties role in World War II as its cornerstone.
To incorporate Kingman's history in early aviation in the establishing of the Port of Kingman and early airline routes.
To represent all conflicts in which Americans have served and continue to serve for the preservation of America's freedom and the lofty ideals of which it stands.
To honor all Americans who have sacrified and given of themselves that America remains The Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave!
To develop educational programs that will inspire the spirit of patriotism and serve as a reminder that freedom is not free.
To save and rehabilitate Hangar E, the airbase's engine overhaul facility as a permanent home for the museum and when completed, dedicate Hangar E as a lasting tribute to those that were here.
